As 50 faixas apresentadas no FYFTY representam a melhor música que a banda ofereceu à sua base de fãs desde o início. Dentro deste box set, a banda traça suas raízes através de suas primeiras gravações do Muscle Shoals através de uma série de músicas icônicas que ajudaram a moldar o som dos anos 70.
Também estão incluídos trechos ao vivo do histórico show de tributo de 1987 que deu início à reunião da banda e, em seguida, continua com a última banda desafiando faixas da era posterior como “Last Of A Dyin' Breed” e “Last Of The Street Survivors” e eventualmente pousar de volta à terra com uma performance especial ao vivo de “Gimme Three Steps” que foi selecionada do último show da banda com o guitarrista cofundador Gary Rossington em novembro de 2022, uma faixa ao vivo inédita.
