Whitesnake - Unzipped (2018) UK

Com a atual turnê de verão com os Foreigner por trás deles, os WHITESNAKE irá rever algumas de suas melhores performances acústicas com "Unzipped". Este Japan Super Deluxe Edition em 5 coleções SHM-CD reúne performances acústicas e desconectadas gravadas ao longo dos últimos 20 anos, incluindo gravações de estúdio e ao vivo raras e inéditas, demos acústicas, músicas remasterizadas e muito mais.
O primeiro disco de "Unzipped [Japão Super Deluxe Edição SHM-CD]" mistura versões raras e inéditas de músicas como "Summer Rain" e "Forevermore" dos álbuns de estúdio recentes da banda - Good To Be Bad (2008) e Forevermore (2011). Também estão incluídas músicas como “Love Is Blind” do álbum solo de Coverdale, Into The Light (2000); e uma canção inédita, “All The Time In The World”.
Em 1997, David Coverdale e o guitarrista Adrian Vandenberg tocaram um concerto em Tóquio que foi gravado e inicialmente lançado exclusivamente no Japão como 'Starkers In Tokyo'. Essa gravação foi remixada e fará sua estreia na América do Norte no segundo disco.
O desempenho acústico toca os diferentes estágios da carreira de Coverdale, desde a época em Deep Purple ("Soldier of Fortune"), até seus álbuns solo ("Too Many Tears") e, mais notavelmente, com Whitesnake em versões de hits não tocadas. como "Is This Love" e "Here I Go Again".
Também há duas faixas inéditas.
"Unzipped [Japão Super Deluxe Edição SHM-CD]" tem ainda mais gravações inéditas, desconectadas, incluindo mais performances da turnê de 1997 de Coverdale com Vandenberg, além de vários shows posteriores com Coverdale e o guitarrista Doug Aldrich.
